Overlooking Virgil
A place to keep my poems, stories, and reflections.

Remember
I eat you every month, my Christ
And weep for how you hung.
I dip your flesh into your blood
And place you on my tongue.
Slowly I chew your bitter limbs
That bear such heavy sin,
I crack your bones between my teeth
And pray for discipline.
